Building guide

The building process consists of four mains stages:

1 – Plan

Firstly, an initial discussion about your requirements lets us decide on the style and scale of your house and the materials required so we can work out a budget. Bring a wishlist and any photos of homes you like to help us identify your personal style.

2 – Design

Next, with our in-house designer, we will produce some concept designs. We will then take feedback on the drawings and work towards making your dream a reality. The next step is to document the drawings and get Council consent for you.

3 – Budget

While the drawings are with the Council, we can deliver a fully itemised working price to easily work out where costs are allocated. Then, we can give you options for different materials and additional finishes & features.

4 – Build

The team at ESJAY Builders will work closely with you and our sub-trades throughout the building process to achieve a result that is both on time and within budget.
